General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering — slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games count at 10–30%.
• If bonuses are abused across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Ozwins reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if evidence of misuse is found.

Ozwins reserves the right to review and, where necessary, void any bet where a suspicious betting pattern is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ozwins platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Collusion or match fixing — any form of fraudulent betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Hacking, phishing, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
• Registering using a false identity.

Self-Exclusion: You may request account closure at any time through customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

Suspension by Ozwins: Ozwins may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Suspected Suspicious Activity or Fraud
• KYC Verification Failure
• Court Order or Government Directive
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 24 months)

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after 18 months of inactivity.
